Brilliant Steak Night!

Attended the new Steak Night held here on Monday nights at the pub. I must say the food and service were of top quality. Staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome throughout. The food is of extremely good quality and my Steak was melt in the mouth. If you are a lover of great food and a quality dining service, this is the place to go!

Sunday Lunch

We were in the area visiting friends and came to this pub for Sunday lunch. It was amazing!! Two of us had the roast pork, with all the trimmings and two had the roast beef. The meals came on huge plates and the veg was fresh, unlike a carvery!! Great atmosphere and friendly staff and locals. Would definitely recommend this pub.

Seafood night – WOW

Me and my partner have visited this place before & decided to return for the seafood night we saw advertised, we decided to go for the sharing platter, which included a whole brown crab, half a lobster, oysters & some incredible pate made with crayfish & lobster tails, I’m gluten free and made the owner aware of this, he made sure we was well looked after and even got us gluten free bread, all that food for £30 which was great value for money, might even try the steak night next, thanks for a great night!

Amazing Sunday roast

Quite possibly one of the best (and biggest!) Sunday roasts I’ve ever eaten and excellent value for money. Lovely little village pub with a great atmosphere. Also, if you’re a gin fan, check out the new gin menu!
